Vice Chair, White & Case LLP 

David Koschik is the Vice Chair of White & Case and works together with the firm's Executive Committee to lead the firm's strategy and operations globally. Over the course of his 35 years at the firm, he has held a number of other key leadership roles, including Administrative Partner, New York Office Executive Partner, and Partnership Committee member. David also leads the firm's growth in the Americas as Chair of the U.S. Growth Team.

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, David created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read David's pledge here. 

Diversity and inclusion initiatives at White & Case include its Global Women's Initiative, which aims to achieve a meaningful increase in the percentage of women in partnership and leadership roles; mentoring and sponsorship for diverse talent; and several affinity networks.
