David Nagle is Co-Managing Partner of Sullivan & Worcester. His practice involves both transactional tax planning and representing taxpayers in disputes before the Internal Revenue Service and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. David has been named a top tax lawyer by Boston Magazine and has been recognized in The Legal 500 US. 

Sullivan & Worcester’s diversity efforts include a women’s initiative, diversity and leadership training for senior associates, and retention strategies such as a business development courses for employees.
