President and Chief Executive Officer, Gray Robinson, P.A.
Dean Cannon became President and CEO of GrayRobinson in 2019. He began his career with GrayRobinson working as a runner in the firm's Lakeland office while in high school, then returned to the firm after completing law school. Dean also served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2004 until 2012, during which time he also served a term as Speaker of the House.
As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Dean created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Dean's pledge here.
