Co-Managing Partner, Arnold & Porter
Ellen Kaye Fleishhacker leads the Arnold & Porter’s Investment Management practice group and became Co-Managing Partner of the firm in 2021. She plays a critical role in Arnold & Porter’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts; women’s initatives; and hiring activities.
Arnold & Porter’s diversity efforts include a diversity council, affinity groups, and recruitment efforts. Most recently, they were one of only 20 firms named to The American Lawyer’s 2021 “A-List,” which factors racial and gender diversity into its rankings. The firm has won the Minority Corporate Counsel Association’s Sager Award eight times, as well as an Employer of Choice award and five years of perfect scores on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index.
