President and Managing Director, Littler Mendelson P.C.

Erin Webber was elected President and Managing Director of Littler Mendelson in 2021. She guides Littler’s strategic direction and global growth strategy and oversees the management and operations of the firm’s more than 1,600 attorneys and offices worldwide. Erin has also served as a member of the firm's Board of Directors and the Associates Candidate Committee, and opened Littler’s Kansas City, Missouri office in 2006.

As part of LCLD’s Leaders at the Front initiative, Erin created a Leader’s Pledge detailing her personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Erin’s pledge here

“Our firm is stronger, smarter, and can deliver creative and unique solutions to our clients when our team is diverse,” Erin said in an interview. “We’re able to respond quickly to our clients with innovative solutions all the time when we have more diverse people servicing them.”

One of Littler’s leading diversity initiatives, the Career Advocacy Program, helps diverse, high-achieving associates achieve and thrive in partnership. As of 2021, more than half of the firm’s attorneys were women, which Littler supports through its Women’s Leadership Initiative, a mentorship program, and other efforts. In 2020, the firm also launched “Breaking Through: Littler’s D&I Comp Initiative,” which aims to double the number of attorneys of color, women, and LGBTQ+ shareholders in the top quartile of the firm’s compensation system within five years.

In 2021, Littler was named an LCLD Top Performer in for the eighth consecutive year.
