Chair and Managing Partner, Blank Rome LLP
Grant Palmer became Managing Partner and CEO of Blank Rome in 2019 after leading the firm's Litigation Department. He spent 18 years as Chair of the firm's Pro Bono Committee and serves on the board and executive committee of the Homeless Advocacy Project and the Legacy Youth Tennis & Education Center.
As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Grant created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Grant's pledge here.
Blank Rome was founded in 1946 by a group of lawyers unwelcome in other firms because of their religion. Today, the firm prides itself on promoting an inclusive environment, with initiatives like a supplier diversity program, several affinity groups, and a scholarship for diverse law students.
