Hack Wiegmann is Managing Partner of Williams & Connolly. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was an Editor of the Harvard Law Review. “As a firm that represents clients across the globe,” Hack says, “we continually strive to attract and develop a diverse team of legal talent that enables us to best serve the broad needs of our clients and community.”

Williams & Connolly’s diversity initiatives include a diversity speaker series, a Women’s Initiative, and a variety of efforts to assist with employees’ work/life balance. The firm also has a mentoring program for new associates and a committee that monitors the training and development of its associates. Williams & Connolly successfully achieved Mansfield Rule certification in 2020 and is on track to achieve it again in 2021.
