Co-US Managing Partner, DLA Piper

Jackie Park became Co-Managing Partner of DLA Piper in 2020, after serving as Co-Managing Partner of the firm's Los Angeles office and Co-Vice Chair of its national Real Estate practice. She mentors lawyers through the firm's diversity and inclusion initiatives, including the Women and Lawyers of Color Emerging Leaders program.

Jackie's experiences as an "only only"—from growing up as a Korean immigrant in Alabama, to being the first Asian American associate at her firm when she began practicing law—helped instill in her a commitment to inclusion

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Jackie created a Leader's Pledge detailing her personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Jackie's pledge here

DLA Piper is a top-ranked firm for women, and in 2017 announced a commitment to pilot the Mansfield Rule, which encourages law firms consider a diverse slate of candidates for all leadership roles, equity partner promotions, and lateral positions.  The firm’s other diversity efforts include unconscious bias training, flexible work solutions, and various pipeline initiatives.

In 2022, DLA Piper was named an LCLD Top Performer for the tenth consecutive year.
