James Flynn became Managing Director of Epstein Becker & Green in 2019 and has played an instrumental role in the development and enhancement of the firm's mission, vision, and values. He frequently speaks and writes about employment law, copyrights and trademarks, confidentiality, trade secrets, evidence rules, trial practice, and attorney ethics.

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Jim created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Jim's pledge here.
