James Rosenthal joined Wilkinson Stekloff in 2018. He was previously Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Altria Client Services, and before joining Altria, was a Partner at Arnold & Porter LLP. 

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, James created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read James's pledge here. 

Wilkinson Stekloff was founded in 2016 with a goal of correcting "structural inequalities in Big Law that have contributed to the dearth of women at the top of the legal profession." The firm does not use billable hours and does not have a lock-step promotion model, in an effort to develop diverse talent. Wilkinson Walsh was also recently rated the third best midsize law firm for diversity.
