Partner, Chair, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP
Jami McKeon’s election to chair made Morgan Lewis the largest firm in the country to be led by a woman. She has been recognized throughout her career for her leadership and her litigation skills. Jami was named one of the top 75 women litigators in the country, a Best Lawyer in Commercial Litigation, and woman of the year. She says that during her tenure as chair, she will be committed to hiring and promoting minority lawyers.
“I think that if old-line law firms can have women at the head of them, that is a signal that something is changing,” she said in an interview with The Philadelphia Inquirer.
As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Jami created a Leader's Pledge detailing her personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Jami's pledge here.
Morgan Lewis’s commitment to diversity includes mentoring, a fellows program, and focusing on employee commitments to diversity in their annual review. The firm has been recognized by MultiCultural Law magazine, the Human Rights Campaign, and the Hispanic National Bar Association. Morgan Lewis was named an LCLD Top Performer in 2018, 2020, and 2021.
