Jeremy Clay has served on Mayer Brown’s Management Committee since 2012. He represents investors, developers, banks, and corporate clients in all kinds of structured development, investment, and finance transactions. Jeremy was named a “Leading Individual” in his practice area by the Legal 500 UK in 2020, as well as a top-ranking “Eminent Practicioner” by Chambers UK in 2020 and 2021.
Mayer Brown’s diversity efforts include a diversity scholarship, LGBTQ+ initiatives, and programming specifically aimed at ensuring the success of female partners at national and local levels. The firm’s Committee on Diversity & Inclusion also engages with its Committee on Associates to promote inclusion at all levels. Mayer Brown also earned a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index in 2014.
