Founder and Chairman, Blackwell Burke P.A.

Jerry Blackwell founded the Minnesota Associate of Black Lawyers in 1995 and co-founded Blackwell Burke in 2006. He received the Equal Justice Award from the Minnesota Council on Crime and Justice and an Excellence in Service Award from the General Mills Supplier Diversity Council.

Blackwell Burke is an award-winning trial firm that cites diversity as an important part of its success. The firm’s attorneys are members of many diversity organizations and participate in the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firm.
