Jodi Schwartz has been a Partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz since 1990 and is one of the world’s leading taxation lawyers. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Tax Section of the New York State Bar Association and serves on the boards of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
