Co-Managing Partner, Sullivan & Worcester LLP

Joel Carpenter has spent his entire legal career at Sullivan & Worcestser; he joined the firm in 1979, was named Co-Managing Partner of Sullivan & Worcester in 2002. He is an award-winning tax lawyer and serves on the board of Boardman Capital Partners. Sullivan & Worcester’s diversity efforts include a women’s initiative, diversity and leadership training for senior associates, and retention strategies such as a business development courses for employees. The firm was a signatory to the Statement of Diversity Principles of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
