Chairman and Managing Partner, Fisher & Phillips LLP
John Polson became Chair of Fisher & Phillips in 2022, after serving on the firm's Management Committee for eight years and co-managing the Irvine office. He is also Co-Chair of the firm's PEO and Staffing Industry Team, and Co-leads the firm’s Gig Economy Industry Team. John is also a member and past Chair of the Legal Advisory Council of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) and has served as a Professional Advisory Director for the Employer Services Assurance Corporation.
Diversity efforts at Fisher & Phillips include a New Lawyer Survival Skills Program for diverse law students and associates, a women’s initiative and leadership council, and identifying diverse attorneys for succession planning. In 2017, Law360 named Fisher & Phillips one of the “Best Law Firms for Female Attorneys.”
