Firmwide Managing Partner, McCarter & English LLP 

Joseph Boccassini became Managing Partner of McCarter & English in 2016. He also serves on the firm's Executive and Compensation committees. As Managing Partner, Joe is actively involved with the firm's D&I Committee and pro bono services. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Rutherford Education Foundation.

Diversity efforts at McCarter & English include a sponsorship program for diverse associates, a Diversity Summer Program for first-year law students, and an annual Diversity Retreat.
