Kathleen McDonough became Chair of Potter Anderson & Corroon’s Executive Committee in 2018, the first woman to lead a major Delaware law firm. She is also Founder and Head of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice, and spent many years as a mentor in the Federal Trial Practices Seminar instructing junior lawyers.
Potter Anderson & Corroon’s diversity efforts include recruiting lawyers through minority job fairs, hosting receptions for minority students, and offering affinity groups like the Women’s Initiative. Potter Anderson was named an LCLD Top Performer in 2021 and 2022.
