Chairman, Vinson & Elkins LLP
Keith Fullenweider became Chair of Vinson & Elkins in 2022, after serving as Co-Head of the firm's corporate department. He also led the firm's private equity and M&A practice, during which time V&E became the country's No. 1 private equity energy practice.
Keith also serves on V&E's Diversity & Inclusion Executive Committee, which guides its efforts in this space. Those efforts include participation in the Mansfield Rule, affinity groups, and a variety of diversity scholarships and fellowships. The firm is also a charter member of the Law Firm Antiracism Alliance. Vinson & Elkins was named LCLD Top Performer in 2014, 2015, and 2020.
