Executive Committee Member, Irell & Manella LLP 

Keith Orso joined Irell & Manella in 2002 and is the Hiring Chair for the Los Angeles Office and a Member of the Executive Committee. Before entering law school, Keith obtained a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Irell's commitment to diversity has a long history—the firm had one of the first African American equity partners of any major law firm in Los Angeles and one of the nation's first Asian American managing partners. In 2018, Irell & Manella was ranked fourth out of 220 large firms for its percentage of minority partners. The firm also has a diversity scholarship and various efforts to engage female attorneys.
