Kevin McLaughlin serves as President and CEO of Greensfelder, where his priorities in firm leadership include guiding long-term strategic growth initiatives, promoting diversity of leadership, and enhancing the firm’s service to clients and community.

Greensfelder’s diversity initiatives include diversity training, a mentorship program, professional development for minority attorneys, and participation in a high school pipeline program. The firm has also changed its recruiting policies in order to include a greater number of minorities and women.
