Managing Partner, Holland & Hart LLP
Lucy Stark became Managing Partner of Holland & Hart in 2020. She was previously the Corporate Practice Group Leader. Before joining Holland & Hart in 2007, Lucy practiced at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher. She received her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law and later served on the school's Alumni Board.
As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Lucy created a Leader's Pledge detailing her personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Lucy's pledge here.
Holland & Hart's diversity efforts include D&I billing codes that appear on each attorney's monthly financial report, providing mentors to all interested diverse attorneys, and requiring that every attorney hiring decision include efforts to locate and interview at least one diverse attorney. In addition to Lucy's leadership of the firm, 29% of the firm's attorneys and 40% of management and compensation committee members are women.
