Mark Latham has over 30 years of experience in maritime and state law, focusing on companies involved in the petrochemical industry throughout Louisiana, southeast Texas, and the surrounding region. A trained and experienced petroleum engineer, he was named among The Best Lawyers in America in 2021. 

Liskow’s efforts in DE&I have been recognized through Chevron's Law Function's 2019 Law Firm Diversity Award and, in 2017, the inaugural BP Legal Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Award. Among these efforts, the firm hosts live diversity webinars and collaborative, expert-led workshops; celebrated the firm’s 16th Annual Black History Month Program in February 2020; and has signed the Houston Bar Association’s Gender Fairness Commitment and the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Statement of Diversity Principles Commitment.
