Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Duane Morris LLP
Matthew Taylor became Chairman and CEO of Duane Morris in 2018, after serving as Firm Vice Chair and Trial Practice Group Chair. Before joining Duane Morris in 1997, he was a Trial Lawyer at Taylor & Taylor. Matthew also serves on the boards of the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts and Business Leadership Organized for Catholic Schools (BLOCS).
As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Matthew created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Matthew's pledge here.
Duane Morris’ diversity initiatives include a Diversity and Inclusion Retreat, mentoring and billable hour reviews for diverse associates, and a supplier diversity policy. Duane Morris also participates in the Philadelphia Diversity Law Group, through which they hire a diverse law student every summer. Duane Morris was named an LCLD Most Active Member Law Firm in 2018.
