Michael Ferachi became Managing Member of McGlinchey Stafford in 2021, after serving as the firm's Senior Operations Manager. In his new role, Michael will lead #McGlincheyForward, which is focused in part on strengthening the firm's inclusive culture.
As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Michael created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Michael's pledge here.
McGlinchey Stafford’s diversity efforts include a diversity council and a diversity fellowship for first-year law students, of which LCLD’s 1L Scholars Program is an important part. The firm also partners with organizations like the ABA’s Council on Racial and Ethnic Justice and Women in the Profession.
In 2022, McGlinchey Stafford was named an LCLD Top Performer for the fifth consecutive year. The firm also won the award in 2014.
