Michael Martz became Managing Partner in 2018 after joining the firm in 1991. His practice focuses on representing companies, and he previously organized a seminar on legal issues for general counsel of Fortune 1000 corporations located in Ohio. Michael is also President of the Board of Trustees of the Columbus Museum of Art.
Vorys recruits diverse attorneys through its George Corey Scholarship and sponsorship of other scholarship programs. In order to retain diverse lawyers, the firm offers mentoring, continuing legal education, and financial support for members who wish to participate in outside diversity organizations.
