Chief Executive Officer, Hogan Lovells US LLP
Miguel Zaldivar became CEO of Hogan Lovells in July 2020, where he is responsible for the firm’s overall global direction and strategic leadership. He is one of only a handful of Latino leaders of any major global law firm. The creation of a truly diverse and inclusive workplace is among Miguel’s top priorities; he has put in place a plan to foster the development of Hogan Lovells’ diverse lawyers and increase the number of diverse hires.
Hogan Lovells promotes diversity globally, nationally, and locally. The firm has a Women’s Initiative, affinity groups, mentoring programs, and retreats that promote diversity and inclusion. Hogan Lovells has consistently been rated a top law firm for women and received a Diversity and Inclusion Award for its global diversity plan.
