Co-Chair and Managing Partner, Latham & Watkins LLP
Ora Fisher became Co-Chair and Managing Partner of Latham & Watkins in 2018, where she leads strategic planning, client relations, and lateral partner recruitment. She joined the firm in 1991 and has held multiple leadership positions, including serving as Managing Partner of Latham's Silicon Valley office. Ora has also been recognized by the California Diversity Council and was named a Woman Worth Watching by Diversity Journal.
Diversity initiatives at Latham include the Women Enriching Business Committee, global affinity groups, and advancement and leadership development programs like the Diversity Leadership Academy. The firm has also been named a Stonewall Global Diversity Champion, a Best Law Firm for Women, and an American Lawyer A-List firm.
