Managing Partner, Larson LLP 

Paul Rigali joined Larson LLP upon its founding in 2016. He previously practiced at Arent Fox and Venable LLP. Paul’s lifelong interest in sports translates to his pro bono efforts, which include having represented the Special Olympics World Games Organizing Committee in support of the 2015 Special Olympics World Games in Los Angeles.

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Paul created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Paul's pledge here. 

In 2020, Larson LLP joined the Law Firm Antiracism Alliance, which works to eradicate systemic racism in the legal profession.
