Chair and Managing Partner, Latham & Watkins LLP
Richard Trobman became Co-Chair and Managing Partner of Latham & Watkins in 2018. He was previously Vice Chair of the firm and served on the Associates and Women Enriching Business committees. Richard joined the firm in 1991 and has worked in the Los Angeles, New York, and London offices.
Diversity initiatives at Latham include the Women Enriching Business Committee, global affinity groups, and advancement and leadership development programs like the Diversity Leadership Academy. The firm has also been named a Stonewall Global Diversity Champion, a Best Law Firm for Women, and an American Lawyer A-List firm.
