Bob Grand became Managing Partner in 2014 after serving as Vice Chair of the Management Committee and Managing Partner of the Indianapolis office. He serves on the Republican National Committee’s finance leadership team and the Robert H. McKinney School of Law Board of Visitors. Bob is also Co-Chair of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Bob created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Bob's pledge here.
Barnes & Thornburg was the first Indianapolis law firm to promote a woman to partner. Today, the firm’s diversity efforts include creating opportunities for career development, mentoring, and retention. Barnes & Thornburg was named an LCLD Most Active Member Law Firm in 2013, 2014, 2018, and 2022.
