Chairman and Managing Partner, Taft, Stettinius & Hollister LLP

Robert Hicks became Chairman and Managing Partner of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister in 2017 after serving as Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Indianapolis office. Earlier in his career, he served as an executive at CIT Group, Inc. Robert is also a Board Member of Safe Families of Indiana and sits on the United Way of Central Indiana President’s Roundtable. 

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Robert created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Robert's pledge here. 

Taft, Stettinius & Hollister helped found the Black Lawyers Association of Cincinnati Roundtable and the Greater Cincinnati Minority Counsel Program. The firm partners with many organizations to recruit and develop minority lawyers, and has its own Professional Women’s Resource Group.
