Co-Managing Partner, WilmerHale
Robert Novick joined WilmerHale in 2001 and became Co-Managing Partner in 2012. He previously served as Chair of the firm's International Trade Group and Chair of the Regulatory and Government Affairs Department. Before joining the firm, Robert was Counselor and then General Counsel in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative.
As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Robert created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Robert's pledge here.
WilmerHale's commitment to diversity includes participation in the Mansfield Rule, bringing in diverse summer associates, and partnering with clients on diversity programming. WilmerHale is one of very few AmLaw 100 firms with a woman co-managing partner, and part of an even smaller number of such firms that have had both a woman and a person of color as a co-managing partner.
WilmerHale was named an LCLD Top Performer in 2021 and 2022.
