Roger Wylie became Managing Partner of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton in 2019. He was previously Managing Partner of the firm's Seattle office and a member of the firm's Executive Committee, and also served as Co-Managing Partner of Townsend and Townsend and Crew prior to its merger with Kilpatrick Townsend. 

As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Roger created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Roger's pledge here

Kilpatrick Townsend was the first AmLaw 100 firm in the South to have a female co-managing partner and led major regional law firms in recruiting and hiring African-American attorneys. The firm’s KT Proud affinity group provides support and awareness for LGBT attorneys, and Heritage Month helps educate employees about the importance of diversity.
