Sangeeta Shah is Chief Executive Officer of Brooks Kushman and Co-Chair of the firm's Post Grant practice group. She was previously the firm's Chief Diversity Officer, and hosted the "Breaking Mindsets" podcast, where she spoke with industry leaders about overcoming barriers in the workplace. Sangeeta is also the founder of Retooling Detroit, an early literacy initiative.
As part of LCLD's Leaders at the Front initiative, Sangeeta created a Leader's Pledge detailing her personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Read Sangeeta's pledge here.
Brooks Kushman's diversity efforts include participation in the Judicial Extern Program of the Wolverine Bar Association and psrtnership with Challenge Detroit. Brooks Kushman has also been named a top place to work by the Detroit Free Press.
