Sarah Reynolds is involved in every aspect of firm management, including recruiting, marketing, business development and strategy, as well as long-term planning. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has been a volunteer for the Peace Corps.

Goldman Ismail is dedicated to giving back both within and outside the courtroom. The firm fulfills this mission through their commitment to delivering pro bono legal advocacy for underserved individuals and communities as well as their participation in a variety of local volunteer service projects and fundraising opportunities.
