Chairman, Proskauer Rose LLP

Steven Ellis joined Proskauer Rose in 2004 and became Chair of the firm in 2020. He was previously founder and Co-Chair of the firm's Private Credit Group. Steve is also a Board Member for Team IMPACT, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of kids battling diseases.  

Proskauer’s diversity initiatives include the Silver Scholar Program, which provides a summer position and scholarship money to a diverse law student, a variety of partnerships with pipeline programs, and seven affinity groups.
