Chairman, Winston & Strawn LLP

Thomas Fitzgerald practices in federal tax controversy and mergers and acquisitions tax. He serves on the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society and the Commercial Club Foundation. Winston & Strawn promotes diversity through a mentorship program, affinity groups, and three diversity scholarships. Their pipeline initiatives include partnership with LINK Unlimited, the work study program at a Los Angeles high school, and the Law Preview Program with George Washington University. Winston & Strawn was named an LCLD Top Performer in 2019.
