Timothy Lupinacci is Chair of the Financial Services Department, Office Managing Shareholder for Birmingham, and incoming Chairman and CEO at Baker Donelson. He also serves on the firm's Diversity Committee and is the former Co-Chair of the firm's Women's Initiative Pathways to Leadership Committee.

Baker Donelson has a variety of diversity initiatives, including a scholarship program, mandatory diversity training, and supplier diversity programs. The firm also partners with the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute and the Nashville Bar Association to provide internships for aspiring lawyers.
