Todd Eveson became Managing Partner of Wyrick in 2021, after leading the firm's Financial Institutions practice for several years. He also serves on the firm's Executive Committee. Todd has served as counsel in connection with over 75 merger and acquisition transactions in the financial services sector and over 20 successful de novo bank formations. He received his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal. Todd serves on the Board of Advisors for the University of North Carolina School of Law Center for Banking and Finance.
