Founding Partner, DTO Law
2017 Fellow
William Delgado founded DTO Law in 2019 after 14 years as a litigator at Willenken LLP. He is bilingual, a skill he utilizes when representing companies from Latin America and Spain, and he has been named a "Top Lawyer Under 40" and a "Top Latino Lawyer." Will is also personally committed to diversity; he is Vice Chair of the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) and was a 2017 LCLD Fellow.
Diversity is truly foundational for DTO Law; the firm was founded by two minorities and a woman, all of whom were LCLD Fellows. At launch, underrepresented minorities made up more than half of the firm's attorneys, and more than 50 percent of the attorneys were women.
