Leadership Positions

I am Vice President & Counsel, Regulatory & Strategic Public Policy Initiatives at the Guardian Life Insurance Company where I am responsible for the company's state regulatory and legislative activities in various states. I also forecast and develop proactive public policy positions on emerging issues that will impact the life insurance industry of the future. I am active in the company's diversity and inclusion efforts. I am the founder of Guardian's Women's Leadership Network, an employee resource group with over 400 members and 6 chapters across the U.S. and in India. I also served as the first Diversity Strategy Partner for the Law Department. Prior to joining Guardian, I served as Chief of Staff to the President of MetLife International. In that capacity, I was responsible for coordinating all global business activities, projects and functions on behalf of the President in Asia, Latin America, and Europe. I attained a B.A. in Communications from Fordham University and a J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. I received my MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business with specializations in Leadership and Global Business.
