I have been in AT&T's Legal Department for over 21 years. For the last several years, I have supported AT&T's FirstNet program, a public private partnership with the First Responder Network Authority to provide a dedicated nationwide broadband network platform for public safety. As such, I coordinated with a cross-functional team of attorneys to provide legal support to the various internal and external organizations involved in implementing AT&Ts FirstNet program. While much of this has focused on federal government contract law, it has also required and enabled me to learn more about legal issues AT&T faces in areas such as network, marketing, privacy, product, etc. In addition to the work supporting FirstNet, throughout the balance of my career, I've supported AT&T's federal and state government customers as well as our largest commercial customers.
