The live event was held on April 18, 2016, recorded at the Practising Law Institute (PLI) in New York City. LCLD partnered with the Practising Law Institute (PLI) to apply for CLE credit for this presentation.

During the event, LCLD Members and William Henderson identified the issues facing recruiting, retaining, and promoting diverse talent within law firms and corporate legal departments. They also discussed the importance of investing in the legal pipeline and the active development of diverse talent, and specific ways to ensure that a diverse talent pool is identified when looking at organizational leadership.
