Ebony Smith has all the credentials that you need for successful career in corporate America. For the past 20 years, she worked for a Fortune 200 at Ryder, Sunoco Logistics, BP Supply & Trading, and World Fuel Services. She has a B.S. in chemistry and an M.S. in environmental protection and safety management. She began her career in the operations side of the industry and eventually made her way to energy derivative sales and marketing where she successfully developed her niche for 13 years. Smith has completed her Certified Professional Coach training at IPEC and is designated an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner and trained Hypnotist. Smith's coaching super power is restructuring for resilience.
