This session will introduce Legal Participatory Action Research ("Legal PAR"), a type of research that may be helpful to organizations in identifying and addressing issues of diversity. The research methods of Legal PAR offer methods to collect data on specific barriers to diversity that may exist in the workplace, as well as tools to engage stakeholders in generating potential solutions.
