Compass Conversations are small, intimate gatherings of Pathfinders and LCLD Fellows, giving Pathfinders the opportunity to network with emerging leaders of the profession. Each Compass Conversation features LCLD Fellows who will share their personal stories and career-development advice.

Compass Conversations will be held in various cities throughout the country on Wednesday, June 5, 2019.

LCLD will contact 2019 Pathfinders and Fellows/Alumni with more information in the spring.
