  • How the Profession has Responded
  • Signs/Symptoms: Referring to the Lawyers' Assistance Program (LAP) and How to Handle Suicidal Situations
  • The Profession's Pessimism Problem
  • Benefits of a More Positive Attitude and How to Cultivate Positivity and Optimism

This program has been approved for 1.5 hours of CLE credits in the following states:

Illinois: 1.50 Mental Health/Substance Abuse Credits
New York: 1.50 LPM Credits (Transitional/Non-Transitional)
