Please join us for a highly engaging and interactive two-hour workshop that will support LCLD alumni to discover their natural talents; then teach them how to develop their talents into strengths, and coach them to apply their strengths during their leadership experiences. The alumni will leave the workshop with an enhanced self-awareness of strengths informed through use of CliftonStrengths, a self-assessment tool by the Gallup Corporation.

The CliftonStrengths assessment uses an appreciative lens that enables participants to gain a better understanding of themselves, identify their top 5 strengths, and learn how to maximize their strengths to increase their effectiveness in sustainable ways and advance within their careers.

The session facilitators, Jan Campbell and Heather Hutchinson, will work with participants to inspire “aha moments” as they share ways to foster individual strengths using exercises and practical tools that will equip them with a robust framework for leveraging their talents to achieve greater effectiveness in their careers and personal lives. The session will involve a mix of presentation, personal reflection, guided exercise, and group reflection.
