Compass Conversations are small, intimate virtual gatherings of Pathfinders, LCLD Alumni (Fellows Alumni and Pathfinder Alumni), and current Fellows that give Pathfinders the opportunity to network with emerging leaders in the profession. Each Compass Conversation features LCLD Alumni and current Fellows who will share their personal stories and career-development advice. 

Groups will be asked to meet virtually 2-3 times between late May and early November 2021, with the first "kickoff" meeting to be held on or around Wednesday, May 26, 2021.
